How does per-message pricing work?
Meta charges per conversation (24-hour window). Pingsir adds a small markup on top. You pre-load credits and messages deduct from your balance.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Add team members with Admin, Manager, or Agent roles. Starter supports 3, Growth 10, Pro unlimited.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. WABA tokens are AES-256 encrypted. We never store message content in plain text.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades at end of billing period.
